DEPOSITS AND PRE-CAS INTERVIEWS

Your deposit is held, not taken.

Pay your university deposit and book your pre-CAS interview in one sitting. The deposit is authorised on your card and blocked, not deducted. It is only collected if you pass the interview. If you do not pass, the block is cancelled and nothing is charged.

Takes about four minutes. You will need your university student ID.

THE PROBLEM

Slow refunds break the chain of trust.

When a student does not clear the pre-CAS interview, the deposit has already left their account. The university then has to process a refund, and that refund is rarely quick. The student waits. The parent waits. The agent partner who recommended the university absorbs the complaint. Satisfaction falls, and with it the referrals that agent would otherwise have sent.

The refund is not the problem. The premature charge is.

The student waits

Money is out of the account for weeks while a refund is processed.

The parent escalates

The complaint lands with the consultant, not the university.

The referral stops

The agent partner quietly sends the next cohort somewhere else.
